【Abstract】 LIFO is a fashionable management method in the western countries in the past thirty years. Based on expounding LIFO’s intension, role and its application to the worldwide business management, this paper first analyzes the situation of the LIFO’s application in human resource management of tourism enterprises in our country. It then points out that LIFO should be applied in this field in order to increase the staff productivity, improve individual performance and build an excellent staff-team.
