【摘要】 目的 :探讨cyclinD3和Ki6 7在我国非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkin’slymphoma,NHL)中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 114例NHL和 2 0例反应性增生淋巴结中cyclinD3及Ki6 7的表达情况。结果 :cyclinD3在反应性增生淋巴结 (不包括生发中心 )中的阳性率明显低于NHL。随着肿瘤侵袭性的增加 ,cyclinD3表达水平升高。Ki6 7在反应性增生淋巴结和NHL中的表达情况与cyclinD3一致。NHL中cyclinD3的阳性率与Ki6 7的表达水平呈明显正相关。结论 :cyclinD3和Ki6 7的表达与NHL的细胞增殖活性和恶性程度密切相关 ,提示cyclinD3在淋巴瘤的恶性增殖过程中发挥重要作用 ,为淋巴瘤的诊治提供新的依据和靶点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of cyclin D3 and Ki67 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) of China.Methods:The expression of cyclin D3 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 114 cases of NHL and 20 cases of reactive lymph node.Results:The level of cyclin D3 expression in reactive lymph node(except germinal center) was significantly lower than that in NHL.With the tumor aggressiveness improving,the level of cyclin D3 expression increased.The way of Ki67 expression in reactive lymph node and NHL was consistent with that of cyclin D3.Positive correlation was found between cyclin D3 and Ki67 expression.Conclusion:The level of cyclin D3 and Ki67 expression have closely related to the cell proliferation activity and the grade of malignant of NHL,which suggests that cyclin D3 play an important role in the malignant proliferation of lymphoma and provides a new foundation and target of diagnosis and therapy for lymphoma.更多还原
