【摘要】 目的　探讨肺上沟癌的诊断和治疗。方法　对 2 8例肺上沟癌病人进行回顾性分析。结果　 2 8例病人均明确诊断 ,2 1例采用术前放疗联合广泛切除 ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 95 % (2 0 / 2 1)、5 7% (12 /2 1)、2 8% (6 / 2 1)。结论　采用术前放射治疗联合广泛切除 ,疗效满意 ,可作为该病治疗的首先方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of Pancoast’s tumor. Methods To analysze 28 patients with pancoast’s tumor retrospectively. Results 21 of 28 cases with pancoast’s tumor were treated with radiotherapy before surgery combined with widely resection. The survival rate of 1,3 and 5 year was 95%,57% and 28%,respectively. Conclusion The best treatment of Pancoast’s tumor is widely resection and radiotherapy before operation.更多还原
