【摘要】 文章论述了基于Web的PDM系统,从其体系结构、网络环境配置的角度阐述了Web技术与PDM技术结合的优点,结合Web、PDM及虚拟企业的应用,建立一个实用的虚拟企业模型,并对其工作原理作了介绍。以某内燃机生产企业进行产品协同开发的过程为例,开发了一个支持虚拟企业组建、运行、解体及异地并行设计的PDM系统,同时以工时定额计算在虚拟企业的Web环境下的实现为例,说明基于Web的PDM系统在虚拟企业中的实际应用。最后,对该虚拟企业存在的问题进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 After discussing the Web based PDM system , this paper discusses the virtues of integrating Web and PDM technology from the view of architecture and configuration of Web environment, then presents an applied VE model by integrating Web, PDM and VE, and also introduces its functions. According to the process of concurrent product development of an ICE manufacturer, creates a PDM system which supports the establishing, running, disintegration and separately concurrent designing of VE. The paper also shows the practical application of Web based PDM in VE by achieving the calculation of norm of working hour in the Web environment of VE. In the last, the paper analyses the problems existing in the VE.更多还原
