稀土元素铈对大鼠学习记忆和抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of cerium nitrate on learning-memory and antioxidation of rats
【摘要】 采用行为观察和生化检测相结合的方法,研究了大鼠长期(5月)饮用不同剂量的铈对其学习记忆力等的影响以及脑内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨了不同剂量的稀土元素铈对大鼠学习记忆力影响的脑内机制.结果表明:与对照组相比,高剂量铈组雌性大鼠的m脑 m体显著降低(P<0.05);高剂量铈组大鼠的学习记忆力以及脑内SOD活性均显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA的含量则极显著上升(P<0.01).提示剂量为6.0mg L的硝酸铈对脑功能有明显的损伤作用,而且这种作用可能与脑内铈致抗氧化能力的降低有关.
【Abstract】 The effects of cerium nitrate on learning-memory of rats and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of malondiadehyde(MDA) in rats′ brain were investigated through behavior observation and biochemistry analysis after rats′ drinking Ce(NO3)3 of different concentrations for fives months.The results go as follows:compared with control group,there was significant effect on brain weight value of female-rats in high-cerium group(P<0.05),and there were significant decrease in learning-memory and activity of SOD (P<0.05 or P<0.01);there was very significant increase in the content of MDA(P<0.01) in high-cerium group.The results suggest that Ce(NO3)3 in the concentration of 6.0 mg/L has remarkable damage on rats′ brain-function,which may be related with decrease of antioxidation in their brain organization.
