【Abstract】 This study discussed various factors of affecting xylanase activity and a measuring method of feed xylanase by the DNS. The results showed that the absorbance of the hydrolysis products was at the wave length of 540-550 nm with the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 40℃,pH of 5.0,concentration of substrate of 1%, reaction time of 10 min,and heating time of 5 min.更多还原
