【摘要】 目的 :观察针刺配合静滴血栓通治疗原发性坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法 :将 92例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各 4 6例。治疗组以体针配合静滴血栓通治疗 ,10次为 1疗程 ,休息 3～ 5天进行下 1疗程 ;对照组以口服强的松、消炎痛、地巴唑、肌注B1、B2 治疗 1个月观察疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率97.8% ,对照组 82 .6 % ,两组总有效率比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :针刺结合血栓通治疗原发性坐骨神经痛优于西药对照治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of 46 cases with primordial sciatica treated with acupuncture and Xueshuantong.Methods:92 cases with primordial sciatica were divided into two groups.The treatment group was 46 cases and the controlled group was 46 cases.Acupuncture and Xueshuantong were adopted by the treatment group,while the controlled group used delta-cortelan,mezolin,Vitamin B₁,B₂.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%, while the total effective rate of the controlled group was 82.6% .The difference was significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Primordial sciatica treated with acupuncture and Xueshuantong was better than the controlled group.更多还原
