【摘要】 目的　观察生物活性有机锌辅助治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法　应用补充含生物活性有机锌的活性蛋白制剂 (锌硒宝 )治疗 2 2 3例慢性前列腺炎患者 ,测定治疗前后患者前列腺液中锌离子浓度 ,并观察治疗前后患者的前列腺炎症状评分以及最大尿道闭合压的变化。结果　治疗后 ,前列腺液中锌离子浓度明显提高 ,前列腺炎症状评分和最大尿道闭合压则明显下降 ,其下降幅度均显著大于未补充生物活性有机锌的对照组 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论　补充生物活性有机锌可提高慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中的锌离子浓度 ,有助于患者临床症状的缓解 ,提高其生活质量 ,是慢性前列腺炎有效的辅助治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this trial was to study the efficacy of the biological organic zinc in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods 223 patients with CP were treated with biological organic zinc.The zinc density in the prostatic fluid was tested before and after using the biological organic zinc,NIH CPIS and urodynamic indexes were also used to evaluate the efficacy of the biological organic zinc in the treatment of CP.Results The zinc density in the prostatic fluid was increased markedly after the biological organic zinc treatment,the NIH CPIS and maximum urethra closure pressure(MUCP) were markedly decreased after using the biological organic zinc,comparing those without using the biological organic zinc(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the biological organic zinc has the effect to increase the zinc density in the prostate tissue,and it is effective to the treatment of chronic prostatitis syndrome.更多还原
