【摘要】 目的　探讨头颈部皮肤钙化上皮瘤的诊疗方法 ,提高临床诊断的正确率。方法　对 17例头颈部皮肤钙化上皮瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果　 5 2 9% (9例 )钙化上皮瘤病人年龄小于 15岁 ,病变部位多样化 ,临床误诊率较高 ;B超诊断具有较高的符合率 (6 / 7) ;手术切除后无复发。结论　增强临床医生对钙化上皮瘤的临床特征的认识 ,必要时结合B超检查有利于提高头颈部钙化上皮瘤诊断的正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of calcifying epithelioma in head and neck region,to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.Methods The clinical documents of 17 cases of calcifying epithelioma in head and neck region were analyzed.Results 52.9% patients suffered from the calcifying epithelioma in various sites were less than 15 years old.B type ultrasonographic diagnosis possessed high level of concordance with histological diagnosis.No recurrence was observed in all cases undertaken the operation.Conclusion Conbination of clinical presentations with B type untrasonography improves the accuracy rate in the diagnosis of head and neck calcifying epithelioma.更多还原
