【摘要】 目的　观察大剂量环磷酰胺 (CTX)冲击治疗复发性或难治性原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)的长期疗效。方法　选择病例均为复发性或难治性ITP ,用CTX每次 1 0～ 1 5g/m2 ,快速静滴 ,2h滴完 ,同时嘱大量饮水 ,每 4周 1次 ,共用 1～ 4次。结果　血小板 (PLT)治疗前后变化差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,总有效率 90 %。结论　大剂量CTX冲击治疗复发性或难治性ITP长期疗效显著、安全、操作简便、价格便宜、毒副作用轻更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long term efficacy of treating recrudescent and refractory ITP with high dose CTX.Methods Forty patients with ITP were all treated with CTX(1.0～1. 5g/m 2) infused fast intravenously,one time every four weeks and four times at most.Results The change of pletelet before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01) and the total effect rate was 90%.Conclusion Treating ITP with high dose CTX has long term efficacy, which is safe,simple and cheap.更多还原
