【摘要】 古生物化石产地对于研究古生物化石本身及其生存环境 ,进而研究生物的起源与进化、研究地球演化、变迁等具有重要意义。但是目前我国保护古生物化石产地的法律存在严重不足 ,无法对破坏古生物化石产地的犯罪行为进行有效打击 ,从而不能充分保护古生物化石产地。本文对完善我国保护古生物化石产地的法律制度提出了若干建议更多还原
