封闭式洗脱过滤培养法用于医疗器械无菌检查的实验研究
Axenic Examination of Medical Appliances Using the Closed Wash-filtration-foster Measure:An Experimental Research
【摘要】 目的 探讨医疗器械无菌检查中消除涂抹盲点的采样方法。方法 在无菌器械特定区域内种植金黄色葡萄球菌 ,以封闭式洗脱过滤培养法 (全程封闭式洗脱采样、集菌器直接过滤培养 )与涂抹法对比。结果 封闭式洗脱过滤培养法对普通医疗器械上微生物的采集与涂抹法无差异 ;对存在复杂构造的物件能完全采集 ,涂抹法存在盲点 ,对盲点内种植微生物采集阳性率仅为 2 0 %。结论 封闭式洗脱过滤培养法适合存在涂抹盲点之医疗器械的采样及无菌检查
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To discuss the dauning scotoma sampling measure which exists in axenic medical appliance examination. METHODS To plant Staphylococcus aureus in the given area where has axenic appliance, take the closed full course washing and sampling, and compare the closed washing filtrating fostering measure with dauning measure. RESULTS There was no difference between the closed washing filtrating fostering measure and the dauning measure. Sample was completely collected in the appliance which existed complicated structure. While the dauning measure existed the scotoma, positive rate was only 20% in the scotoma where microorganism was planted. CONCLUSIONS The closed washing filtrating fostering measure fits the sampling which exists the dauning scotoma and the axenic fostering.
