【摘要】 目的　为了解经尿道手术与留置尿管对尿路感染的影响 ,预防或降低其发生。方法　采用回顾性研究方法 ,总结我院 1999年 6月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月 ,行经尿道前列腺切除术 (TURP)患者 ,并于术前留置尿管≤ 7d 6 4例 ;术后≤ 7d 96例。分别在同期行中段尿细菌培养 ,对其阳性结果作对照。结果　术前、术后发生尿路感染率差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .0 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论　尿道留置尿管是导致泌尿系感染的主要因素 ,留置尿管时间越长感染率越高 ,年龄与经尿道手术不是主要因素 ,临床上应重视留置尿管期间的尿细菌培养及药敏试验 ,正确选择抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the effect of transurethral operation and catheterization on urinary infection. METHODS Sixty four cases (preoperative) and 96 cases (postoperative) who underwent TURP and catheterization for no longer than 7days from Jun 1999 to Jun 2003 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Their urine was cultured in the same stage,and the positive results were compared. RESULTS There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative urinary infection rate (χ2=0.02, P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS Catheterization is the main cause of urinary infection, the longer retention time would result in the higher infection rate. Age and transurethral operation were not the main causes. We should emphasize urine culturation and antibiotic suspectibility, and then select proper antibiotics.更多还原
