盐酸多西环素注射用缓释可生物降解凝胶的制备

【摘要】 以PLA、PLGA的型号、浓度和溶剂为3因素,选取3个水平进行正交试验,筛选盐酸多西环素注射用缓释可生物降解凝胶的优化处方。所得制品可缓释7d。

【Abstract】 Orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation bused on types of PLA and PLGA, concentra-tion of the polymer and solvent as three factors, and each factor with three levels. The prepared PLGA injectable gel fordoxycycline hydrochloride according to the optimized formulation could extended-release for 7 days.
