【摘要】 目的　了解中药更年宁心胶囊对更年期大鼠卵巢及子宫组织形态计量的影响。　方法　 30只 12月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为更年组、雌激素组、更年宁心组 ,10只 2 5月龄SD雌性大鼠组为青年组。 3个月后测定血清雌激素水平、称子宫湿重、光镜下对双卵巢及单侧子宫切片进行组织形态学观察 ,IMS细胞自动图像分析系统对卵巢黄体数 (个 )、卵巢最大纵切面面积 (mm2 )、子宫腔上皮厚度 (um)、子宫间质厚度 (um)、子宫横切面面积 (mm2 )进行计量分析。　结果　更年宁心组子宫湿重〔(0 6 4± 0 16 ) g〕大于更年组〔(0 4 9± 0 0 8)g〕 ,卵巢黄体计数〔(16 70± 5 2 7)个〕及纵切面面积〔(18 71± 7 18)mm2 〕均比更年组〔(11 10± 7 4 6 )个、(12 34± 5 2 5 )mm2 〕和雌激素组〔(8 30±6 75 )个与 (9 6 1± 3 5 7)mm2 多 ,而子宫各计量参数与更年组无明显差异 ,均小于雌激素组。　结论　更年宁心胶囊可改善更年期大鼠的卵巢功能 ,有一定的子宫营养作用 ,但对子宫内膜无明显局部刺激作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of gengnianningxin capsule on the histomorphology of ovarin and uterine in the menopausal rats. Methods Fourty females SD rats were randomly assigned to the following conditions: menopausal group,young group,estrogen group and Chinese herb group. Three months later,serum E_ 2 levels were measured by radio-immunoassay,uterine weight was detected. Both ovary samples and a single uterus samples were sectioned and followed by histomorphometry observation with IMS auto-image-assay system. Results Uterine weight was increased in Chinese herb group than in the menopausal group〔10.64±0.16)g vs (0.49±0.08)g〕. Histomorphometry assay of ovarian corpus luteum and tissue vertical section showed a marked increase in Chinese herb group〔(16.70±5.27)piece,(18.71±7.18)mm 2〕 too than in menopausal group and estrogen group〔(11.10±7.46)piece and (12.34±5.25)mm 2,(8.30±6.75)/piece and (9.61±3.57)mm 2〕. But histomorphometry also showed that there were no difference between Chinese herb group and menopausal group in the thickness of luminal epithelia and uterine stroma and cross-sectional tissue of the uterine,but these parameters in these two groups were significantly decreased than in estrogen group. Conclusions Gengnianningxin capsule improved ovarian function of menopausal rats and does not stimulate endometrial proliferation significantly.更多还原
