1760/250纸机电气控制系统的设计

【摘要】 1760/250纸机电气控制系统利用西门子USS协议格式,实现PLC与西门子6SE70矢量变频器的通信,完成纸机的速度链结构、负荷分配控制等功能。在造纸机传动中取得了较高的控制精度和稳定性,充分满足造纸机生产的需要。

【Abstract】 By using SIEMENS USS Protocol,the system realizes the communication between PLC and6SE70vector frequence inverter,implements the speed chain and load distribution control function.The control system in paper machine achieves a high precision and sta-bility and fulfills the requirement of the process on paper machine.
