【摘要】 目的 :对针刺镇痛的临床研究与应用进行思考并提出建议。方法 :从理论上就中西医学对痛和镇痛的认识以及当前针刺镇痛基础研究的现状和存在的问题进行阐述 ,以此为基础 ,结合自己多年的临床和科研实践 ,就针刺镇痛的临床研究与应用提出一些个人的见解。 结论 :随着针刺镇痛基础研究的不断深入 ,其临床研究和应用的水平必将得到进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To think clinical studies and application of acupuncture analgesia and put forward a proposal. Methods Expound Chinese and western medicine understanding of pain and analgesia and present situation and problems of basic studies of acupuncture analgesia, and put forward some opinions about clinical studies and application of acupuncture analgesia in combination with many years’ clinical and scientific studies of the authors. Conclusion The levels of clinical studies and application of acupuncture and moxibustion will further raise with probing deeply into basic studies of acupuncture analgesia.更多还原
