莲花蜂花粉中脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 用乙醇 -氯仿作溶剂 ,提取出莲花蜂花粉粗脂肪 ,然后进行甲酯化处理 ,用气相色谱 质谱联用技术进行分离鉴定 ,共鉴定出 8种脂肪酸 ,并测定相对含量 ,多不饱和脂肪酸含量较高 ,其中亚油酸相对含量为 11 38% ,亚麻酸相对含量为 3 2 7% ,单不饱和脂肪酸含量中油酸相对含量最高 ,为 15 14 %。

【Abstract】 The chemical compositions and their relative contents of rough fat from Lotus pollen were analyzed by GC_MS. The main compounds were isolated and 11 of them were identified. The main compounds were linoleic acid and linolenic acid and the relative content of linoleic acid is 11 38%.
