建立烟草行业技术转移中心初探

【摘要】 从烟草行业面临的国际竞争形势、行业创新体系的需要进行分析和研究,对建立烟草行业技术转移中心的必要性、可行性,以及建立烟草行业技术转移中心应开展的工作、构架设想等方面进行了初步探讨。提出了应建立烟草行业技术转移中心,进一步完善我国烟草行业创新体系的建议。

【Abstract】 The international competitive situation and the need of the tobacco innovative system of CNTC was discussed. The need and feasibility to build up the Tobacco Technology Transfer Center of CNTC was investigated. Proposal for setting up the Tobacco Technology Transfer Center of CNTC was made.
