含氯消毒剂作用于牛型分枝杆菌的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 为了解含氯消毒剂对牛型分枝杆菌的杀灭作用与形态学改变的关系,采用悬液杀菌试验与扫描电镜进行了观察。结果,以含100mg/L有效氯消毒剂作用不同时间,牛型分枝杆菌表面形态的改变呈渐进过程,随时间的延长其表面形态的改变逐渐明显。作用40min,部分菌体粘在一起,少数菌体出现皱褶,细胞壁出现断裂,杀灭率达到99.996%;作用120min,菌体干瘪、破碎、细胞内容物漏出,杀灭率达到100%。

【Abstract】 In order to know the relation between killing effect of chlorine-containing disinfectant on Mycobacterium bovis and the morphological changes, suspension germicidal test and scanning electronmicroscopy were used for observation. The results showed that after exposure to the disinfectant containing available chlorine 100 mg/L for different periods of time, the changes in surface morphology of Mycobacterium bovis showed a progressive process and became obvious gradually as time went on. After exposure for 40 min, some bacterial cells adhered together, a few bacterial cells showed folds and fracture of cell wall, with killing rate attaining 99.996%. After exposure for 120 min, the bacterial cells wizened, broke and showed leakage of cell content, with killing rate attaining 100%.
