绞吸式挖泥船桥梁耳轴修复和改进

【摘要】 文章分析了绞吸式挖泥船耳轴部分结构原理、拆除要点;并阐明了结构设计不合理是造成耳轴设备损坏的主要原因之一。提出对耳轴修复改制新工艺。实践证明该工艺方案科学,改进思路正确,实用性很强,可更好地延长设备的使用寿命、降低维修成本,对今后绞吸式挖泥船挖泥机械修复奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyse the structure principles and the main paints for disassembling of the erunnion from a cutter suction dredger,and it also pinpaints the unreasonable structure design as one of the main causes for the damage to the trunnion.It is put forward for new technical procedure of repairing turnnion in the article,practice praves that the plan for repair has layed a solid foundation for repairing trunnion with scientific idea,practical reformation,further extension of its service life and the lower cost.更多还原
