【摘要】 目的　研究复方乳酸杆菌健肠剂—妈咪爱对新生儿胆红素代谢的影响。方法　对重庆市妇幼保健院产科 2 0 0 3年 12月～ 2 0 0 4年 1月生产的足月单胎正常新生儿 6 0例 ,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组生后 12h即给予妈咪爱 0 5gbid ,口服 1月。用TCB(经皮测黄疸仪JH2 0 1B)于生后 1～ 30d连续测试观察黄疸变化。结果　观察组与对照组婴儿黄疸于生后 3d ,黄疸达到高峰的时间 ,黄疸的高峰值 ,黄疸消退至正常的时间差异 ,均有显著性。结论　复方乳酸杆菌健肠剂—妈咪爱可以延缓新生儿黄疸达到高峰的时间 ,降低黄疸高峰值 ,缩短新生儿黄疸高峰期 ,促进黄疸消退 ,对预防新生儿高胆红素血症发生有一定作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate medilac-vita powder affect bilirubin supersession of new-born. Methods Aim for extremity month single fetus neonate sixty cases who productived in Women’s and Children’s Health Care Hospital of Chongqing amond december of 2003 to January of 2004,random divided to observation group and compare group.Observation groups taked orally medilac-vita powder treatises since 12 hours after born and last 1 month.Use TCB monitoring the transformation of their icterus.Results Observation group and compare group’ icterus had notability difference from after born 3 days.The time when icterus arrived peak,the icterus’s peak number value,the time when the icterus recovery normal,they all had notability difference.Conclusion Medilac-vita powder could poestpone the time when neonate’s icterus come to peak,bring down the peak number value of icterus,cut down the period of neonate’s icterus,promote the icterus disappear,so it could prevention high bilirubin blood disease.更多还原
