【摘要】 目的 :观察爽舒康片治疗急慢性腹泻的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用多中心随机双盲对照试验。爽舒康片 6 4例 ,po ,0 7g(7 0× 10 8CFU) ,tid ;对照药米雅片 6 5例 ,po,0 7g(7 0× 10 8CFU) ,tid。疗程 :急性腹泻 3～ 7d ,慢性腹泻 14～ 2 1d。结果 :爽舒康片治疗急性腹泻有效率为 10 0 % (31/ 31) ,慢性腹泻有效率为 97 0 % (32 / 33) ;对照药米雅片分别为 10 0 % (32 / 32 )和 10 0 % (33/ 33)。两药疗效间差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,也均未出现不良反应。结论 :爽舒康片是治疗急性、慢性腹泻的安全有效的微生态制剂 ,其疗效和安全性均与进口药米雅片相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Shuangshukang(including clostridium butyricum)(SSK) tablet in treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea.Methods:A randomized,double-blind,multi-center controlled trials were dsopted in teh studies.129 patients were divided to receive three times daily ssk tablet of 0.7 g(7.0×10 8 CFU),or three times daily Miya tablet of 0.7 g(7.0×10 8 CFU) for 3～7 d or 14～21 d.Results:For treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea,the effective rate of SSK tablet was 100%(31/31)and 97.0%(32/33),and Miya tablet was 100%(32/32) and 100%(33/33),respectively in studies.No significant differences were observed between SSK tablet and the control drug (Miya tablet) in studies.Conclusion:SSK tablet is an effective agent in treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea,the efficacy and safety of SSK tablet are similar to that of Miya tablet.更多还原
