【摘要】 论述了RAPD分子标记技术的产生、特点、基本原理及目前RAPD分子标记技术在甘蔗遗传育种研究中所取得的成就及应用情况,对今后甘蔗RAPD标记技术的应用前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The development, properties and basic principle of RAPD molecular marker technology and its achievement and application in sugarcane breeding in the world were demonstrated, the further application of RAPD molecular marker technology in sugarcane was prospected.
