Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系低膨胀微晶玻璃的研究
A STUDY ON LOW EXPANSION GLASS-CERAMICS OFLi2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文以Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)系统为基础玻璃成分,锂辉石、高岭土、石英砂、滑石等矿物和部分化学试剂为主要原料,采用熔融法制备了LAS系低膨胀微晶玻璃。运用XRD和SEM等现代测试分析手段对材料的晶相和显微结构进行了观察和分析,并讨论了不同的Li2O、Al2O3、SiO2之比和不同的晶核剂对析出主晶相的影响。实验表明,所制微晶玻璃的主晶相为β-锂辉石固溶体,晶粒尺寸为0.5~2μm,材料不透明,其抗折强度为80~108MPa。
【Abstract】 s:Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS) glass-ceramics with low expansion was prepared by melting method,using spodumene, kaolinite, talc, quartz and some chemical regents as the starting materials. Phase compositionand microstructure were investigated by XRD and SEM. The influence of the content of Li2O、Al2O3、SiO2 andnucleating agent on major crystal phase of the glass-ceramics is discussed. Experimental results showed thatthe main crystal phase of the glass-ceramics is β-spodumene(ss). The glass-ceramics is opaque with a crystalsize of 0.5~2μm and a bending strength of 80~108MPa.
