【摘要】 介绍西安市第三污水处理厂可行性研究的总体思路和设想、污水处理厂的工程规模和服务面积。并较为详细地介绍了可行性研究在确定进、出水水质和处理工艺等方面的工程设计特点。

【Abstract】 Introduced in detail hereby is the general concept of the feasibility study of Xi’an No 3 Sewage Treatment Plant, as well as the reasonableness and advancement on design of inlet & outlet water quality, technological process etc.
