【摘要】 该文阐述了φ2400mm多刀盘土压平衡顶管机施工设备的改进设计:包括配套开发的曲线顶管自动引导测量系统、土压平衡顶管泥水切削搅拌输送系统和纠偏与轨迹控制特殊管;改进的刀盘密封系统和中继间密封性能;以及提高纠偏油缸纠转能力、合理增设注浆点等。介绍了在上海合流污水治理二期工程SSI／4.1B标长距离三维复合急曲线顶管施工中的应用。整个施工项目只用了30d,最大偏差只32mm,未影响地面交通和周围管线、建筑物的安全,设备费用100万元(为进口设备1/4)。该工程获上海市市政金奖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Described hereby are improved designs for construction facilities of 2400 multicutter earth pressure balanced pipe jacking machine, as well as its application in long distance 3D composite sharp curve pipe jacking construction of SSI/4.1B Contract of the 2nd Phase of Shanghai Combined Sewage Works. With only 30d of construction period, 32mm of maximum deviation and 1 million yuan of equipment cost (1/4 of that of the imported equipment), the construction didn’ t interfere with the ground traffic and the safety of surrounding pipelines and buildings.
