稳定潼关高程的三门峡水库控制水位方案研究

【摘要】 本文分析了1974年以来三门峡水库运用中存在的问题,从稳定降低潼关高程的要求出发,结合"蓄清排浑"运用的必要条件,论证了潼关以下库区河道的富余挟沙能力状况。依据20世纪70年代以来资料,根据平衡排沙的要求论证了汛期敞泄运用的必要性,从保持年内冲淤平衡出发,论证了非汛期运用控制水位的取值及其淤积影响,提出了适宜的水库运用水位的方案。在方案论证过程中也考虑了非汛期尽可能发挥发电效益的因素。

【Abstract】 The authors analyzed the data and problems of Sanmenxia reservoir operation since 1974 and demonstrated the capacity of sediment transport of the lower reaches downstream of Tongguan station when practicing the mode of "impounding clear water and releasing muddy water". According to the necessity of un-controlled discharging of Sanmenxia reservoir during flood seasons, the elevation of controlled reservoir water level in non-flood seasons was specified and its effects on deposition was discussed. Feasible operation schemes for the Sanmenxia reservoir was put forward, in which the benefit of power generation was also considered.
