相容剂对PC/ABS合金性能的影响

【摘要】 制备了不同配比的PC/ABS合金样品 ,研究了三种相容剂对PC/ABS合金的力学性能及应力开裂性能的影响。结果表明 ,苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物 (相容剂A)、马来酸酐接枝ABS(相容剂B)、马来酸酐接枝线形低密度聚乙烯(相容剂C)均可以提高共混体系中两组分的相容性。相容剂A、B、C的最佳用量分别为 3 %、5 %和 4%。

【Abstract】 The effects of three compatibilizers on the mechanical properties and stress-cracking behavior of PC/ABS blends were investigated.The results showed that all the three improved the compatibilization of PC/ABS blends with the optimum dosages being 3%,5% and 4%,respectively.
