【摘要】 开发了诱导式全电动注塑机 ,利用独特的电机方案和有效的过程控制算法 ,使机器的电气成本同比降低5 0 %左右 ,机器的控制性能比油压注塑机有大幅度的提高 ,在稳定性和寿命方面更有其优势。

【Abstract】 An inducing fully electrical injection molding machine was developed, which uses the particular precept of motor and the effective algorithm of the process control. As a result, the electric cost of the machine was reduced about 50 %. The control performance of the machine is much better than that hydraulic injection molding machines, the machinal has the advantage on stability and longevity.
