套筒式串联推力轴承组应力场的三维有限元分析

【摘要】 结合微型套筒式串联推力轴承组的研制实践 ,分析了套筒式串联推力轴承组的均载机理 ,运用ANSYS有限元软件求解了这类轴承组的三维应力场分布和微变形状态 ,研究的结果为套筒式串联推力轴承组的系列化开发提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Sleeve type tandem thrust bearings was developed.A uniform load mechanism of the bearings was analyzed.The three dimensional stress field and micro deformation of the whole thrust bearings were calculated by means of ANSYS software.The results provided the rules for the serialization development of the sleeve type tandem thrust bearings.
