新型改性氨基树脂鞣剂的合成工艺
Synthesis of a new modified amino resin tanning agent
【摘要】 以三聚氰胺、双氰胺、尿素为主要原料 ,制得了具有良好稳定性、水溶性的氨基树脂预聚体 ,选用酚醛大分子缩合物对其改性 ,合成了一种稳定性好 ,具有良好鞣性和选择填充性能的新型氨基树脂鞣剂产品。通过试验研究 ,优化出最佳合成工艺条件为 :(1 )羟甲基化反应阶段 :n(甲醛 ) /n(三聚氰胺 +双氰胺 +尿素 ) =3~ 4∶1 ,反应温度 80~ 85℃ ,反应时间 0 5~ 1h ,pH为 8~ 9;(2 )磺化反应阶段 :n(亚硫酸氢钠 ) /n(三聚氰胺 +双氰胺+尿素 ) =0 8~ 0 9∶1 ,pH为 8~ 9,温度为 90~ 95℃ ,时间为 1 5~ 2h ;(3 )缩聚反应阶段 :pH为 6~ 7,温度为40~ 5 0℃ ,时间为 1~ 2h。
【Abstract】 A good stable and water-soluble amino resin prepolymer was prapared from using cyanuramide, dicyandiamide and urea as raw materials.The prepolymer was futher modified by using phenol-aldehyde resin, a new amino resin tanning agent suitable for leather was synthesized. The title product is possessed of better stability, tanning agent suitable for leather was synthesized. The title product is possessed of better stability, tanning and filling retanning properties.By experimental study, the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows:(1)hydroxymethylation reaction stage:n(HCHO)∶n (melamine+dicyandiamide+urea)=3~ 4∶1,reaction temperature 80~80℃, reaction time 0.5~1h,pH 8~9;(2)sulfonation reaction stage:reaction temperature 90~95℃, reaction time 1.5~2h,pH 8~9;(3)condensation reaction stage:reaction temperature 40~50℃, reaction time 1~2h,pH 6~7.
