【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石在治疗输尿管结石中的作用。方法回顾性分析650例输尿管结石患者在应用该技术治疗中的经验及教训,结果650例中一次性碎石取石成功率97.2%,13例输尿管上段结石碎石失败,5例进镜失败。结论经输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石微创、安全、疗效确切,选择合适的病例,熟练掌握进镜的技术及碎石的技巧是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate transuerteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods: 650 cases of ureteral calculi treated with pneumatic lithotripsy were evaluated retrospectively. Results: In the all of cases, 97.2% (632/650) of which being fragmented on the first times. 2.8% (18/650)were failure to fragment in 13 cases and to insert the ureteroscope in 5. Conclusions: Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi is safe, effective and less invasive.
