微米SiCp增强铝基复合材料摩擦磨损性能研究
Investigation on Wear Behaviour of Micrometer SiCp Reinforced Al Matrix Composite
【摘要】 以微米级 ( 1 4μm)SiCp和微米级Al粉 ( 1 0 0~ 2 0 0目 )为原料 ,采用冷压烧结和热挤压方法制备出不同体积分数的微米SiCp增强Al基复合材料 ,研究了它的耐磨性能。结果表明在较高载荷下 ,SiCp的体积分数为 1 5 %和5 0 %的SiCp/Al基复合材料耐磨性比市售挤压态锡青铜QSn6 5 - 0 4和纯Al高得多 ,且随SiCp含量增加 ,复合材料的耐磨性能提高 ;磨损表面形成Al基体 +弥散分布SiCp的理想耐磨组织
【Abstract】 The properties sliding wear-resistance of micrometer (14μm) SiCp and micrometer (100~200 #) Al powder) matrix composites fabricated by powder metallurgy followed by hot extrusion, were investigated. The results show that 1 5vol% and 5 0vol%SiCp/Al composite have excellent sliding wear resistance, which has higher sliding wear-behavior than that of popularly used 6 5~0 4 bronze bearing materials and Al under the higher load and with the increase in SiCp(14μm) volume fraction, the sliding wear-property increased. An excellent wear-resistance microstructure consisting of aluminum matrix and homogeneous distribution SiCp is formed in the wear surface of SiCp/Al matrix composites.
