【Abstract】 In general,Total Quality Management (TQM) and Enterprise Resource (ERP) are applied into practice solely. Based on their evolution background and traits, the relationship between TQM and ERP was discussed. The existing internal harmony and complementarities or overlaps between them has been elicited. And then, the feasibility and necessity of the integration of TQM and ERP were analyzed from the aspects of theory, techniques, implementation and tools etc.. Finally, the integration strategy and implementation scheme were illustrated from aspects of culture integration strategy, process integration strategy, technique integration strategy and step implementation strategy.Effective integration between TQM and ERP will be helpful for integration of enterprise resources, flexible response to market, continuous improvements and business excellence.更多还原
