【摘要】 用萃取、浸泡等方法,提取米糠凝集素,分别测定了对鸡红细胞的凝集作用及对新城疫病毒血凝效价的影响。结果显示,无论萃取法,还是浸泡法提取的植物凝集素,其血凝集价没有差异,均为25;在体外提高新城疫血凝效价2滴度,并能在一定程度上抑制Lasota病毒在鸡胚繁殖。这提示米糠凝集素对鸡新城疫苗血凝效价和繁殖有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lectins were extracted from rice bran with extraction and soaked method respeclively.Hemaglutination activity of the extracted lectin and its effect on the hemaglutination activity of Newcastle disease virus (NDV)were assayed using 1% chicken erythocytes.The hemaglutination titers reached 25 and no difference was observed between the lectins extracted by two different methods.The hemaglutination titer was 22 higher when NDV was mixed with the extracted lectin than NDV alone in vitro.The reproduction of NDV in chicken embryo was inhibited to some extent after interaction with lectin of rice bran.It is possible that the presence of lectin in rice bran interfere with valence and reproduction of Newcastle disease vaccine.更多还原
