【摘要】 本文通过分析和研究国有大型钢铁企业技术改造项目实施中存在的问题,提出了国有大型钢铁企业技术改造项目实施信息化管理的模式和对策,并建立了国有某大型钢铁企业技术改造项目信息系统的初步框架。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the problems of technology inform project implement in the state great steel enterprise,and puts forward the model of technology inform project informationalization management in the state great steel enterprise,and establishs the framework of technology inform project information system.
