【摘要】 目的　探讨Beagle犬不同生长时期血液学指标的动态变化。方法　采集专业繁殖场 5 0只Beagle犬桡静脉血样 ,分析测定白细胞 (WBC)总数、红细胞 (RBC)总数、血红蛋白 (Hb)、血小板 (PLT)数、中性粒细胞 (N)百分率、淋巴细胞 (L)百分率等血液学指标的正常参考值及其在不同生长时期的动态变化。结果　Beagle犬RBC、Hb和PLT在种犬为最高 ,幼犬最低 ;WBC及其分类变化不明显 ,其中L与N比值为 1∶2 1,雄性幼犬L值偏低。结论　Beagle犬血液学指标在不同生长时期存在一定的变化规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the normal hematology indices and their dynamic variation during different growth time. Method The radial vein blood samples of 50 Beagle dogs from a breeding place were collected,with determination of the normal WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT, N, L. Results RBC, Hb, and PLT are the highest in breeding dogs,and the lowest in whelps. There is no obvious changes in WBC and its classification, and the ratio of lymphocyte percentage(L) versus neutrophil cell percentage(N) is 1 to 2.1,L of male whelps is a little lower than normal. Conclusion Those results indicate that the hematology indices of Beagle dogs have some changing rules during different growth time.更多还原
