【摘要】 介绍凝汽器管腐蚀在线监测装置的研制及工业应用情况。采用涡流探伤抽取有代表性的铜管制作腐蚀测量传感器,使测量结果与实际凝汽器管的腐蚀情况一致;用带腐蚀坑的铜管与不带腐蚀坑的铜管制作电偶对,可在线测量凝汽器管局部腐蚀速度。采用该技术可及时准确地发现设备实际运行中存在的腐蚀问题,并使防腐蚀措施更经济有效。该装置经2个电厂的实际应用,表明腐蚀测量快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development and industrial application of on-line corrosion monitoring device for condenser tube.Corrosion sensors were made up of representative condenser tubes chosen by eddy current test, which made the monitoring result consistentwith the corrosion of actual condensertubes. Local corrosion rate of condensertube could be measured by a couple made up of tube segments withand without pits. Using this technology, corrosion problems could he discovered in time and anticorrosive measures be made more economicand effective. Applications in two power plants showed the corrosion measurements were fast and accurate.更多还原
