考虑场景发生概率的柔性约束电网规划模型
ELECTRIC POWER NETWORK FLEXIBLE PLANNING MODEL BASED ON THE PROBABILITY OF SCENE OCCURRENCE
【摘要】 分析了场景规划技术、盲数规划、线路被选概率等电网灵活规划现有方法所存在的问题和不足。在新的柔性约束电网规划基础上提出了2种新的电网灵活规划模型:造价期望最优模型和各场景最优方案综合偏离程度最小模型。这2种模型均基于未来场景的不确定性,从场景的发生概率和方案对场景的适应程度出发,不追求规划方案在特定场景下的最优,而寻求各场景下的综合最优方案。所得规划方案具有概率意义上对各场景的最佳适应性。算例结果表明了该模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 The deficiency of the currently exist flexible electrical network planning, such as multi-scenario method, blind number planning, selected probability method are analyzed. Novel flexible electrical network-planning models, which are based on future scenes uncertainty and flexible constraints, are proposed. In which, one is the optimization model of expansion cost expectation; the other one is the model of minimizing deviation from the best scheme under different scenarios respectively. The models dont pursue the best scheme under specific scenario but the comprehensive optimal one which has probabilistically the best adaptability according to all the scenarios. The sample testified the feasibility of the proposed model.
