流化床炉内颗粒及气泡运动虚拟表示研究
VIRTUAL DEMONSTRATION STUDY OF PARTICLE AND BUBBLE MOVEMENT IN A FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTOR
【摘要】 该文介绍了以VC++6.0为平台,结合Intra3D技术,研究流化床炉内粒子和气泡运动的三维动态可视化虚拟表示方法。在流化床锅炉数值仿真的基础上,运用计算机图形学的理论和方法,利用数字仿真的大量数据,借助于粒子运动系统的表示方法,虚拟地表示出流化床的颗粒和气泡的运动,并实现动态显示和基本的人机交互。该研究可拓展热力系统性能研究的思路,弥补试验或中试研究投资大、周期长的不足,开拓出新型的热力系统的虚拟再现研究手段。
【Abstract】 Virtual demonstration of the gas-solid two-phase flow in the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is presented in this paper. The flow structure models in the CFB are based on the Eulerian models including gas phase equations, solid phase equations, Gidaspow interphase momentum exchange equations, etc. FLUENT software is used to solve the equations and the results are saved as a database. Combined with Intra3D, a virtual demonstration of CFB is developed based on the simulation results and computer graphic technology. The virtual demonstration technique includes the particle movement, bubble movement, and interaction between them. A virtual combustion bed is set up which can be used to simulate the properties of the FBC. The method can be used to study the properties of a thermal system and may replace the experimental study in some way.
