【摘要】 目的　探讨梗死心肌超声应变率的变化特点。方法　 2 0例陈旧性前壁心肌梗死患者 (OMI)与 2 0例正常对照者 (Nor) ,获取左室前壁长轴方向的心肌应变率曲线 ,分别测定收缩期、舒张早期和舒张晚期的峰值应变率 (SR)。结果　 (1) OMI组梗死节段心肌的 SR低于正常组相应节段的 SR (P<0 .0 5 )。 (2 )与相邻非梗死节段心肌相比 ,梗死节段心肌的 SR降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　梗死心肌的 SR降低 ,与相邻正常心肌相比 SR的显著下降 ,是梗死心肌超声应变率的特征性改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changed characteristics of strain rate(SR) in the old myocardial infarction (OMI).Methods SR curve of longitudinal myocardium of the left ventricular anterior wall was acquired in 20 OMI patients and 20 normal control subjects Peak SR of systole,early diastole and late diastole were respectively measured.Results SR was lower in the OMI segment than in its adjacent non infarction segments,and than in the corresponding segments of the normal control group ( P <0 05).Conclusions It is the feature that the SR is reduced in the infarction segment,and that the SR is significantly decreased in the infarction segment than in its adjacent non infarction segments.更多还原
