妊娠期补钙预防妊娠高血压综合征的Meta分析

【摘要】 研究补钙对妊娠高血压综合征的预防作用。应用 Meta分析方法对我国 1992～ 2 0 0 2年公开发表的 13篇补钙预防妊娠高血压综合征的资料进行综合定量分析。补钙的比值比 OR为 0 .2 4 78( 0 .1792～ 0 .3373) ,补钙能使孕妇出现妊娠高血压综合征的风险平均降低 73% ,补钙有预防妊娠高血压综合征的作用

【Abstract】 To research the effect about calcium supplementation to prevente pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH-syndrome). The results of 13 studies about to calcium supplementation to prevent PIH-syndrome from 1992 to 2002 were analyzed by Meta-analysis method. The pooled OR value of the calcium supplementation of pregnancy was 0.2478 (0.1792~0.3373). Calcium supplementation can play a preventive role to PIH-syndrome.
