【摘要】 目的 :探讨城市 3～ 6岁儿童视力和立体视力的现状及发育过程中的影响因素。方法 :选取城市 3～ 6岁儿童 15 5 6名进行视力和立体视力检查 ,通过调查表咨询及实验室测定等方法进行影响因素的调查分析。结果 :目前城市 3～ 6岁儿童视力低下率为 2 9.0 5 % ,以远视为多 ,约占视力低下人群的 4 8.2 3% ,近视约占视力低下的 36 .6 2 %。同时检测结果还表明 :3～ 6岁儿童立体视力低下的发病率较高。结论 :在调查的 4 9项因素中 ,儿童视力与看电视的时间与距离、遗传因素、出生时窒息或缺氧状态、是否饮用牛乳及年龄等有关。视力发育不好 ,可能会直接影响立体视力的发育更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out developmental state of vision, stereopsis of the children aged 3~6 years and explore its affecting factors.Methods:The vision and stereopsis of 1556 healthy urban children aged 3-6 years were selected and the investigation of 49 factors were conducted by questionnaire.Results:The rate of vision low was 29.05%, of which 48.23% was myopia.The children’s vision were significantly correlated to the time spent on watching T.V,the distance from T.V to child’s seat,the genetic factor ,suffocation or lack of oxygen at birth , intake of milk age respectively.Therate of underdeveloped was 9.34%.There was a negative correlat ion between the stereoscopic acuity and the developmental level of vision.Conclusion:The rate of vision low , myopia, underdeveloped stereoscopic of children aged 3~6 years were higher and all were correlated to the distance from T.V to child’s seat, the genetic factor ,suffocation or lack of oxygen at birth , intake of milk age, vision low could result in underdeveloped the stereoscopic.更多还原
