【摘要】 目的 :为探讨孕晚期妇女主要健康信息需求 ,使之在孕期、分娩期、产褥期接受系统、规范的健康教育 ,使产房“一对一”责任助产整体护理更加完善和科学。方法 :设计自拟问卷 ,对我院孕妇学校的 10 0 8名孕晚期妇女进行健康信息需求调查。结果 :孕妇对围产期服务需求的 12项中非常必要举办孕妇学校占首位。孕妇对孕期保健知识需求前 10项中自我监测胎动的方法需求占首位。住院健康教育关注的前 10项中婴儿常见病的预防需求占首位。结论 :围产期保健工作也要与时俱进 ,拓宽妇幼保健服务领域 ,针对孕妇健康信息需求中关注的问题 ,制定全方位适合个体化的健康教育及相应的护理措施势在必行更多还原
