糖尿病引发相关组织细胞异常凋亡病变之综述
Review on abnormal apoptosis and pathological changes of histiocyte initiated by diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 糖尿病是一种代谢失调性内分泌疾病,会引发视网膜细胞、胚胎细胞、血管内皮细胞、肾细胞、神经细胞等组织细胞的异常凋亡和病变,其引发凋亡的机制主要与三条通路密切相关:线粒体通路、死亡受体通路和内质网通路.这三条通路间相互联系,并且与Pax 3蛋白分子、含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶家族分子及一些胞内信号转导分子构成一个复杂网络对组织细胞的凋亡进行调控.
【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a decompensated endocrinopathy which can initiate the abnormal apoptosis and pathological changes of histiocyte—such as retina, embryo, endathelium, liver, kidney and so on.The main mechanism of apoptosis is closely related with three correlated pathways: First is mitochondria-cytochrome C pathway,which is mainly regulated by Bcl-2 family members; second is activated through death ligand combined with death receptor,which is some protein on the surface of cell membrane; the last is endopasmic reticulum pathway,which is closely related with the ion concentration.Not only do these pathways contact each other,but they are also related with Pax-3, Caspase family members and some internal signal transduction molecules. This complex network can regulate the apoptosis of histiocyte.
