【摘要】 将大功率开关器件IGBT用在功率变换电路及直流调速系统中。阐述了IGBT驱动器的基本要求 ,介绍了EXB841芯片内部结构 ,分析了系统的工作原理

【Abstract】 The use of IGBT high power switches in the power converter device and DC speed system are introduced.The basic requirements for IGBT driving are described.The structure of the EXB841 chip is introduced and analyzed.
