骨质改变在饮不同水氟人群中的分布规律

【摘要】 目的研究骨质改变在饮不同水氟水平人群中的分布规律。方法在无工业氟污染,主要品种的粮菜和空气氟水平无明显差异的农村,选择9个等级饮水氟水平(0.24~10.81 mg/L)的村,对居民按年龄和性别采用分层随机抽样,进行骨X线照像,观察骨质改变。结果饮水氟水平与各度骨质硬化率呈正相关关系,与骨质硬化指数也呈正相关关系(极轻度除外)。骨质疏松分布在饮水氟水平5.6 mg/L以下地区的55岁以上人群,饮水氟水平与骨质疏松率呈负相关关系。骨质软化分布在饮水氟水平5.6mg/L及以上地区。混合型改变无明显规律性。结论各种类型和各种程度的骨质改变的出现与饮水氟水平密切相关。在调查的人群中有与氟骨症有关的轻度(早期)骨质改变。在饮水氟0.24~1.0 mg/L水平已有一定数量的氟骨症存在。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the distributive regulation of bone substance change in the population with the different fluoride concentration in drinking water. Methods Nine villages with different fluoride concentrations (0.24~10.81 mg/L) in drinking water were selected as the investigated spots where had no industrial pollution, no significant differences of fluoride concentration among main kinds of grains, vegetables and air. The observed subjects were draw by age and sex using stratified and random sampling. The change of the bone substance was examined by X-ray. Results There were a positive correlative relationship between fluoride concentration in drinking water and the rate in every osteosclerosis degree. There was also a positive correlation relationship between fluoride concentration in drinking water and the index of osteosclerosis. Osteoporosis distributed in population over 55 years old on the area where fluoride concentration in drinking water was under 5.6 mg/L. There was a negative correlative relationship between fluoride concentration and osteoporosis. Osteomalacia distributed on area with over 5.6 mg/L of the fluoride concentration in drinking water. The bone substance change of the mixed type and degree had no significant regularity. Conclusions The change of bone substance for each type and degree has a close correlation with fluoride concentration in drinking water. The change of bone substance of extremely mild (early stage) skeletal fluorosis has been seen in the observed population. There are some skeletal fluorosis when fluoride concentration in drinking water is at level of 0.24~1.0 mg/L.
