重庆市黔江区燃煤型氟中毒现状调查结果分析

【摘要】 目的调查重庆市黔江区燃煤型氟中毒的病情现状和防治状况,评价防治效果,为今后的防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用整群分层随机抽样的方法抽取黔江区5个乡镇53个村作为调查点,儿童氟斑牙按Dean法进行判定;儿童尿样、玉米、辣椒样用电极法测定,按GB/T5009-1996进行判定。结果全区共调查53个村,总人数53509人,其中男28498人,女25011人。8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率5.89%,儿童尿氟均值0.83mg/L。玉米氟为4.76mg/kg,辣椒氟44.54mg/kg,改灶率为92.83%。结论黔江区燃煤型氟中毒患病率明显比10年前降低,与黔江区改炉改灶工作的开展、居民生活习惯和主食结构的变化有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation on preventive and curing condition of local fluorine poison caused by the coal-burning pollution in Qianjiang district. Appraise the result of preventing and cure, offer scientific basis for prevention and cure countermeasures in the future. Method Adopt the method of random sampling from the whole group that is to collect 5 townships and towns 53 villages as the target in the investigation. Child dental fluorosis was judged according to Dean law. Child urine, maize, hot pepper sample were tested with electrode method to determine the content of fluorine and judged by GB/T5009-1996. Result The investigation covered 53 villages 53 509 persons, among which male 28 498 persons and female 25 011 persons. Conclusion The rate of coal-burning pollution type local fluorine poison is obviously reduced. It is related with the development of our stove changing policy and the change of resident habits and the staple food structure in our district.
