益精补肾颗粒质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的 :制定益精补肾颗粒 (淫羊藿、菟丝子、白芍、莪术、川芎等 )的质量标准。方法 :用TLC鉴别菟丝子、白芍、莪术 ;以HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的含量。选用Lichrospher C18柱 ,乙腈 2 %乙酸水 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,流速 :1mL·min-1,检测波长 :2 70nm。结果 :TLC色谱中能明显地检出菟丝子、白芍、莪术 ;淫羊藿苷线性范围在 4 .32~ 2 1.6 0 μg平均回收率为98.6 9% (RSD =1.13% ) .结论 :定性、定量方法简便、可靠、准确、专属性强 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish the method for quality control of Yijingbushen Granules(Herba Epimedii, Semen Cuscutae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Curcumae, etc.). METHODS:Semen Cuscutae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Curcumae in this medicine were identified by TLC; The content of icarrin in this medicine was determined by HPLC;The acetonitrile-2%acetum(30∶70) solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1. The detection wavelength was set at 270nm. RESULTS:Semen Cuscutae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Curcumae, could be identified by TLC on lichrospherC 18 column. For Icarrin, the linear range was from 4.32 to 21.60μg, and the average recovery was 98.69% with RSD of 1.13%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
